This time Mixgalaxy Records made a special compilation for Mr. Danny DeVito. Why? Because nobody has never done this for him before. At least officially. We sorta didn’t know what kind of music he prefers so we’ve set up a tracklist of a wide variety of genres for him to pick from. We decided that making it a private release would be unfair to our listeners so you all are very much welcome to give this record a listen and share it with your friends of course.

It’s an easy bet to say that for Mr. DeVito all the names here are new, however for our regular listeners this release is once again a mix of old timers (even including Jacobo – a raggae-dub side project of Sinestesia) and a couple of guest artists which we would like to present. Meet Abel Mariam from San Jose, California, USA who contributed an opening track and meet Russian-Norwegian duo Zunzagi which consists of sound producer Sergei from Tomsk and singer Julia from Oslo. And finally welcome Without Time band form Grodno, Bealrus.

So, as you can expect from Mixgalaxy Records it’s a nice one hour set of good tracks fluctuating from easy listening and folk-pop to electro-house, breakbeat and even hip-hop. And if by any chance you are an acquaintance of Mr. DeVito – make sure to pass him the link, that will do us all a big favor.

На этот раз нетлейбл Mixgalaxy Records подготовил специальную компиляцию для Денни ДеВито. Почему? Потому что никто никогда до этого не делал для него ничего подобного, по крайней мере официально. Мы не знали о музыкальных предпочтениях Денни, поэтому подготовили сборник из треков самых разных жанров. Было бы глупо делать этот релиз частным, а посему мы предлагаем всем вам прослушать его, скачать и, конечно, поделиться со своими друзьями.

Нетрудно догадаться, что все представленные на альбоме имена ничего не скажут Денни ДеВито, однако наши постоянные слушатели могут заметить, что здесь снова собрались все наши “старички” (включая регги-даб проект от Sinestesia под названием Jacobo), и как обычно мы рады представить вам пару приглашённых гостей: Abel Mariam из калифорнийского города Сан-Хосе, чей трек открывает компиляцию, российско-норвежский дуэт Zunzagi, в состав которого входят саунд-продюсер из Томска Сергей и вокалистка Юлия из Осло, и наконец, группа Without Time из белорусского города Гродно.

Time for a huge compilation! Once again a bunch of regular Mixgalaxy Records artists alongside with a few special guests share their gems with openminded people. There are vocal pop, lo-fi punk, abstract hip-hop, 8bit, breaks, idm, ambient, downtempo tunes and even tango! If you love all kinds of implementations in music as we do, download the whole album at once and enjoy. However, if you look for something special, we’re sure you can enlarge your collection with a couple of these compositions.

Our listeners already know most of the represented authors here. So let us introduce you the guests. The first one is Zhenya Ringo, an expirienced music producer from Minsk, Belarus, the author of projects ‘Spi4ki’ and ‘NPKiS’, one of the fathers of Belorussian underground electronic music movement. The second one is a new conceptual project from Vologda, Russia called Metaharmonics. They kindly agreed to share their electro-pop hit ‘Earth’s Answer’. Also meet Grosse, a fan of acoustic melodic lo-fi forms and YARA, Russian ambient/idm producer from Volgograd who gave us track ‘Old Sky’ from his recently released album ‘With closed eye’. And finally we’re really proud to present one very special guest Salman Aditya from Indonesia(!) who brought us some very exotic and funny tune. We can assure you that you can hardly find something like this on European or American scene because of it’s strong Asian culture flavour.

So, to make a long story short, it’s one more compilation from a few Mixgalaxy Records goodfellas with interesting, beautiful and creative music.

Снова резиденты Mixgalaxy Records наряду с несколькими гостями поделились своими треками в жанрах поп-музыки, ло-фай панка, асбтрактного хип-хопа, 8-битного чиптюна, брейкбита, идм, эмбиента, даунтемпо и даже танго! Если вы так же всеядны как и мы, смело скачивайте альбом целиком. Ну а те, кто ищет что-то особенное, тоже смогут добавить в свои коллекции пару-тройку композиций из этого альбома.

Наши постоянные слушатели уже наверняка знают большинство представленных на сборке авторов, поэтому представим гостей. Первым в списке идёт Женя Ринго, опытный композитор и музыкант из Минска, автор проектов “Спички” и “Новые приключения Карандаша и Самоделкина”, которого по праву можно считать одним из отцов основателей белорусской андерграундной электронной сцены. This winter Mixgalaxy Records prepared for you this very special compilation full of mystery and fairy-tale spirit with snowy scent of cold winter nights spiced with catchy melodies and grand arrangements. Our “Winter Tales” will give you a magic atmosphere, filling any place they’re being played at with viscous drones of ambient, sombre idm beats and soft chillout with folk-pop touched by traditional Russian music, making it suitable for nearly any situation whether it’s being a Christmas holiday party or just a steady evening spent alone.

The compilation explores each possible human emotion associated with this chill season being supported on this side by some guest appearances featuring project Sinestesia which hardly requires any detailed introduction to Russian electronic music arena since they have performed on numerous EDM festivals and been around for quite a while now.

Once again the artwork was produced by Gerdes who already became some sort of our staff artist since his simple pencil-drawn covers gradually help forming the face of the label. In addition, Gerdes also contributed his track Astel to “Winter Tales” and made his musical debut on our label. Few regularies appear alongside of new artists and new sounds, so let yourself be carried away by this rich and highly enjoyable music flow. Dive in!

Этой зимой Mixgalaxy Records приготовили для вас специальный сборник, полный загадочности холодных зимних ночей, приправленный яркими мелодиями и запоминающимися мотивами. “Winter Tales” создает особую сказочную атмосферу, присущую этому времени года, заполняя пространство тягучими дронами эмбиента, темными ритмами айдиэма и мягкими, обволакивающими звуками чиллаута с фолк-попом, привносящим немного традиционной русской этники в современную электронную музыку.

Все это делает компиляцию уместной практически в любой ситуации от рождественского праздника до долгого зимнего вечера, проведенного в одиночестве. “Winter Tales” углубляется в многообразие эмоций, связанных у разных людей с этой холодной порой, в чем музыкантам лейбла помогают несколько приглашенных авторов, в числе которых проект Sinestesia, не нуждающийся в представлении для любителей российской электронной музыкальной сцены, благодаря выступлениям на многочисленных фестивалях и выпуску качественного интересного материала.

Обложка в очередной раз была создана Гердесом, который уже, можно сказать, приобрел статус штатного художника, простые черно-белые рисунки которого постепенно помогают формировать лицо лейбла. Следует еще отметить, что помимо обложки, на сборнике так же представлен и трек Гердеса, являющийся его музыкальным дебютом на нашем лейбле. Несколько регулярных авторов сопровождают череду новых имен и новых звучаний, так что позвольте себе погрузиться в этот насыщенный и неоднозначный музыкальный поток.
